Large-scale e-commerce platform
A global e-commerce company hired us to help scale and implement complex e-commerce initiatives — platform management, resource implementation and internal growth. We optimized the legacy solution and, in parallel, prepared the next-generation platform with fully automated infrastructure and application deployment pipelines on Azure.
Driving simulator
We augmented the team’s capacity delivering a complex driving-simulator solution with many components — force feedback, eye tracking and pulse tracking — using frameworks from .NET services to Python AI pipelines for driver-performance scoring, plus a new cloud-managed simulator component. As fractional CTOs we helped steer key architectural and business decisions and managed their developers.
ESG ON - AI reporting tool for ESG compliance
A SaaS platform that minimizes the effort enterprises need to comply with EU ESG reporting. Enterprises upload their internal documents and sources, which an LLM uses to pre-fill ESG reporting templates and produce multi-language exports — replacing a tedious, multi-source, year-over-year process.
Sports tracking & statistics platform
Challenging real-time machine-vision processing of four cameras to detect game score, ins & outs and other stats. An Apple Watch and mobile app were part of the solution, letting padel centers offer a gamified experience to their members and players.
Automated financial advisor & broker
We took over the entire engineering behind an AI-driven investing platform that turns a conversation into an executed trade. The advisor reads real portfolio state and places real orders through the same tools our operators use, with payments and lifecycle email around it. As fractional CTOs we helped steer key architectural and business decisions.
Self-service IoT kiosk
Development and long-term support of onboard kiosk software and UI, plus a cloud-based communication gateway and back-office portal. Physical kiosks are distributed globally with limited connectivity, so the solution had to enable remote monitoring and troubleshooting to avoid on-site presence. We joined the client’s team to architect and deliver the MVP for a first installation across 10 sites — on a very tight deadline.
Agritech IoT platform
We took over development of an irrigation-automation company’s cloud infrastructure on Azure IoT Hub — evolving their backend Azure Functions and Angular frontend, and delivering a significant scalability re-architecture as they kept adding clients. Azure as the hosting platform, Cosmos DB for persistence, Azure IoT as the communication hub, Azure App Services.
Parcel-management back office
We implemented and support a complex microservice system for last-mile delivery running on Kubernetes on Azure. It spans many moving parts — hardware parcel boxes, consumer mobile devices and HW-manufacturing integration — to support the entire delivery-company process, from managing the locker network to delivery and customer interaction. We also built a proprietary embedded Android OS + application running on their smart locker.
Frontman Find — asset management
The client needed a full rewrite of their enterprise asset-management solution. The legacy codebase had grown difficult to maintain, scale or host as the SaaS product they wanted. We rewrote the entire codebase — backend, frontend and the mobile app (MAUI).
Privately-leased cars marketplace
The client had an idea for a marketplace serving the untapped market of privately leased cars. We delivered several Figma UX-prototype iterations, then an MVP combining a .NET backend and a Bubble.io no-code frontend — released at a local EV car fair on a strict deadline. We continued the partnership with a unique bidding engine for transferring private leases to a new owner.
Multilingual speech-to-text web component
A fully adaptable web component that integrates into any platform regardless of the underlying stack. Using Azure Cognitive Services and a .NET API, it records speech and performs real-time speech-to-text transcription in multiple languages; users can then edit and format the text. Designed primarily to assist industrial workers in an Industry 4.0 setting.
Multilingual faculty chatbot
A multilingual virtual-assistant platform that improves information accessibility for students, staff and visitors. Embedded across the faculty’s digital platforms, it serves as a smart, privacy-aware chatbot that answers queries from institutional knowledge held in internal documents and the website.
Automated outbound sales agent
An automated telemarketing agent that calls a prepared client list to upsell an existing service. Following a carefully prepared script with exact instructions and boundaries, the agent leads an entire conversation in Swedish, wraps up the call, and hands the client’s team a summary with next-step instructions.
Rapid e-commerce launch
To meet urgent demand for thermal imagers and electronic devices during the COVID-19 crisis, we built CemShop on WordPress and WooCommerce — letting the client (a reseller of high-demand electronics) launch an easy-to-use store fast, with a seamless online experience and quick time-to-market.
Invoicing cross-checker (internal AI tool)
An internal tool that removes a time-consuming monthly chore: cross-checking worklogs between our project time-tracking and time-&-attendance systems before invoicing time-&-material assignments. Using an LLM and n8n tooling, an agent cross-checks the two systems for any employee so nothing is overlooked — saving time and errors.
