So we’re an office-first team with a 4+1 week: four days together in our Ljubljana office (the one with the great view), one day wherever you focus best. It’s the mix that makes coaching, mentoring and team spirit actually work — which is why we don’t offer fully remote positions.

One of the reasons we started Indigo Labs was the chance to craft the company culture we wanted for ourselves — one you look forward to on a Monday morning. It shows in how we work: senior engineers with real ownership, honest communication, and the time to do things properly.
That culture has a Chief Happiness Officer: Luna. She audits morale at every desk, enforces a strict walk schedule, and has never once missed a meeting that involved snacks.
