We work with a number of SMEs and enterprises in long-term engagements where trust has been established and time & material invoicing is applied. It is our preferred mode of engagement and ends up being the most economical for clients, since only required, specced and delivered work is invoiced. Rates below are daily rates for a standard 8h workday of a Full Time Employee (FTE).

A global e-commerce company hired us to help scale and implement complex e-commerce initiatives — platform management, resource implementation and internal growth. We optimized the legacy solution and, in parallel, prepared the next-generation platform with fully automated infrastructure and application deployment pipelines on Azure.

Driving simulator
We augmented the team’s capacity delivering a complex driving-simulator solution with many components — force feedback, eye tracking and pulse tracking — using frameworks from .NET services to Python AI pipelines for driver-performance scoring, plus a new cloud-managed simulator component. A SaaS platform that minimizes the effort enterprises need to comply with EU ESG reporting. Enterprises upload their internal documents and sources, which an LLM uses to pre-fill ESG reporting templates and produce multi-language exports — replacing a tedious, multi-source, year-over-year process.

Multilingual speech-to-text web component
A fully adaptable web component that integrates into any platform regardless of the underlying stack. Using Azure Cognitive Services and a .NET API, it records speech and performs real-time speech-to-text transcription in multiple languages; users can then edit and format the text. Designed primarily to assist industrial workers in an Industry 4.0 setting.

Multilingual faculty chatbot
A multilingual virtual-assistant platform that improves information accessibility for students, staff and visitors. Embedded across the faculty’s digital platforms, it serves as a smart, privacy-aware chatbot that answers queries from institutional knowledge held in internal documents and the website.

Automated outbound sales agent
An automated telemarketing agent that calls a prepared client list to upsell an existing service. Following a carefully prepared script with exact instructions and boundaries, the agent leads an entire conversation in Swedish, wraps up the call, and hands the client’s team a summary with next-step instructions.

No mystery: tell us your profile and a price list built for your situation lands in your inbox — standardized fixed-scope services (most run 5–15 days) plus daily rates for dedicated engineers. We work in three models: fixed scope, dedicated team (monthly), and time & material — the last one preferred by long-term clients, since only specced, delivered work is invoiced.
How quickly can we start — and see results?
An engagement starts with an intro call and an NDA, followed by requirements and a proposal within 3 business days. Fixed-scope services deliver in 5–15 days, and clients keep reporting the same thing: we start clearing their backlog within the first week, with practically no onboarding lead time.
